America scientists have found that antibodies to stop bleeding

U.S. researchers found that an antibody can be effectively controlled by the trauma caused serious internal bleeding. It is expected to save in a car accident, injured in shooting incidents in the lives of persons to provide new ways.

Histone toxicity

Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation, a research team found that trauma caused mainly by the bleeding, called “histone” vascular tissue membrane protein damage caused by the newly discovered group of proteins specific antibodies can inhibit the damaging effects to control internal bleeding.

The researchers found that histone proteins in the blood of mice suffering from sepsis, high content, and in the subsequent study of primates and humans found that the same facts.

Histone proteins are normally present in the nucleus, surrounded by deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and act as a DNA double helix shape to maintain an important role. However, when the cell damage due to trauma or disease was originally located in the nucleus of the group of proteins would be released into the blood, swallow vascular tissue membrane, resulting in vascular injury.

The team believes that this led to internal bleeding and fluid accumulation in body tissues, life-threatening.

Research leader, cardiovascular biologist Charles Esmond said: “When aware of the toxicity of histones, we are looking to stop them immediately into the destructive role (of substances) in the work of.”

Research report 25, published in “Nature – Medicine” magazine online edition.

Mouse antibody

This can be resistance histone specific antibodies are called “monoclonal antibodies”, by the United States Make Mo Temple University researchers have found inside the Si Diye.

Monoclonal antibodies as early as one suffering from auto-immune disease found in mice. In patients suffering from autoimmune disease in vivo has also been found in monoclonal antibodies, but it is not clear why these patients have such antibodies exist within the nucleus.

    Hi,
I can not participate now in discussion – it is very occupied. I will be released – I will necessarily express the opinion on this question.
    Thanks
