 an appropriate warm-up, and gradually warm slowly into the state in order to prepare a formal exercise;
proper training, pay attention to every part of the body training methods and arrangements for the correctness of the order before and after each exercise reasonable;
 Do not make the muscles fatigue; equipment, sports protective gear, from the foot of the ankle joint to the elbow joint of the elbow, can exercise the muscles and joints for the process of sharing of external pressures and shocks; rational nutrition, robust muscle fibers can greatly reduce the chance of injury.
