Drinking green tea help relieve the elderly with depression

Tohoku University researchers found that drinking a few cups of green tea a day help the elderly to ease depression. 70 years of age or older to drink four cups of green tea a day appears to reduce risk of depressive symptoms by 44%.

    Japanese researchers said, green tea contains theanine on the brain’s calming, which can play a role in easing depression. This study also supports a number of emerging from the study after drinking green tea help to alleviate the psychological problems conclusions.
