10:30  Let your eyes off the screen to take a break.

11:00  eat fruit.

13:00  In the bread add some beans vegetables.

14:30-15: 30  siesta a little while.

16:00  drink a cup of yogurt.

17:00-19:00 Physical exercise.

19:30  Eat a little dinner.

21:45 Watch TV.

23:00 Take a hot bath.

23:30 Go to bed.
