Hypertensive who often drink chicken soup can reduce blood pressure

A new Japan study results show that drink chicken soup can help lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients because of chicken collagen contained in a similar blood pressure lowering drugs ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) inhibitors.

 Japanese meat-processing company’s R & D Center researchers extracted collagen from chicken feet to conduct experiments to test whether it has the same effect with ACE inhibitors.

 It was found that chicken feet there are four kinds of collagen have a similar effect.

The researchers then fed to mice suffering from high blood pressure of these collagen proteins found significantly decreased blood pressure in mice.
