What is fatty liver?

Fatty liver is due to various causes excessive accumulation of fat in liver cells of the disease, more common in high

blood sugar, hypertension, hyperlipidemia in patients with metabolic syndrome.

Normal human liver total fat accounting for 5% of liver weight, more than this percentage shall be fatty liver.
