			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>University of Turku, Finland a new study shows that eat blueberries, black currant and sea buckthorn berries etc. will help prevent fatty liver.</p>
<p>Researchers at the University of Turku to 61 mildly obese women were studied, and they are divided into two groups. In 5 months, both groups receive the same health life guidance, the difference is that one of the group members should eat 163 grams berries per person per day.</p>

<p> 5 months later, the researchers found that eating berries of the team members in the total fatty liver accounts for the ratio of liver weight has declined.</p>
<p>This shows that eating berries help prevent fatty liver.</p>
